Retainer usage is reviewed as it grows. When monthly usage regularly goes past 20 hours, Webisoft will flag Option C for comparison.

Billing
All amounts are in USD and invoiced monthly in advance.
Additional hours
Hours beyond a tier's monthly allotment are billed at that tier's effective hourly rate.

Unused hours do not carry over to the following month.
